Wurtsboro is located in Sullivan County, New York. It is known as the foothills to the Catskills. It is very scenic and there is much to do from the best trout fishing to hiking scenic trails. You´ll find many cozy shops tucked into the buildings along our main street containing a wide range of items such as antiques, pets, gifts, gardening needs, toys, and a myriad of other things. For the nature lover, no visit to Wurtsboro would be complete without a stop at the Basha Kill Wildlife Preserve. Located about 2½ miles south of the village, this 2,200 acre preserve is a great place to spend an afternoon. Questions? E-Mail Asa! |
